  • Where is parking? Is parking free?

Parking is in the rear and on the side of the building. There are a few spaces in the front. There is also an additional lot behind the church across from the back parking lot. Yes, parking is free.

  • Can I take photos at a show?

No professional photography is permitted unless approved by venue and artist. Video and photo policies vary per artist. Absolutely NO live streaming is permitted.

  • Is there a bag check?

Yes. All bags are subject to search. No outside food or beverage is allowed.

  • Do you serve alcohol? Food?

Alcohol: Yes, our concession stand serves Imported & Domestic beers, Bonesaw Brewing Co. beers, a variety of mixed drinks, wines, and other spirits! Guests must be at least 21 years old and prepared to show ID. Please drink responsibly. 

Food: We have candy and movie theater popcorn. (See Restaurant Recommendations for local spots to eat before and after the show.)

  • Are there local restaurants/bars?

  • Is your venue seated or standing? Reserved or general admission?

Seated. Reserved seating.

  • Can I purchase tickets at the door the day of the show?

Yes. Doors open 1 hour before showtime (unless otherwise noted).

  • Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. There are handicap accessible seats available. There is an accessible ramp that reaches around the entire theater. No stairs are required for entry into the theater.

  • When are your box office hours?

-Box office hours BY PHONE: Tuesday through Saturday from 1pm to 7pm.

-Tickets ARE available for purchase the night of the show at the door. 

-*If you'd like to purchase tickets in prior prior to the night of the show please call 856-691-3600 and we can schedule a time to meet you at the box office for tickets.

  • Are there local hotels?

  • Do you accept credit cards at your box office? At your concession stand? Do you have touch-less payment?

Yes. Yes. and Yes. 

  • Is there an age restriction at your venue?

Nope! All are welcome to enjoy live music and live events! (*Unless otherwise noted on ticket/description/advertising. But, usually there is no age restriction)

  • I lost my ticket. What do I do?

We can re-print your ticket at the box office with a name and ID.

  • What do I need to pick up my tickets at will call?

Name and ID.
